Registration Policy
Registration for this event will be conducted via downloadable registration form. Please read this document in it’s entirety before submitting your registration. For all questions please contact Amanda Scott at ascott@ahqa.org or (202) 331-5790 ext. 1567. Please note: registrations without payment cannot be processed.
Payment
Registration forms accompanied by full payment must be received by the posted deadlines in order to receive the advertised rate. All registrations received after the posted dates will be processed at the current rate. Please note that the event registration fee can be paid for by check; however, a valid credit card is required for all hotel reservations.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancelled registrants will be refunded all fees minus a 30% cancellation until January 27, 2007. After that date, no refunds will be issued for any reason. Please note that the cancellation deadline for registrations is different from the hotel cancellation deadline.
Substitutions
Registrants who are unable to attend may send a substitute at no charge. All substitutions must be received by January 27th. After that date substitutions will not be accepted.
All cancellation and substitution requests must be submitted in writing to Amanda Scott at ascott@ahqa.org.
Special Needs
Meeting registrants with disabilities, dietary restrictions, or other special needs should contact Jacqueline Osborne at josborne@ahqa.org. Every effort will be made to accommodate the needs of meeting participants.
