Meeting, titled, “ Crossing the Bridge” . The
Hyatt Regency Miami has a s pectacular setting downtown
on the scenic Miami River and is located minutes from
world-class shopping, golf and white-sand beaches for
outdoor functions and events.

The InterContinental Miami Hotel overlooks
Biscayne Bay and is conveniently close to Miami Beach
and adjacent to Bayside Marketplace with its fashionable
shops and restaurants.

Note : Complimentary shuttle transportation will be
provided between the InterContinental and Hyatt Regency
Miami every 15 minutes on the hour during peak hours
(7:00am to 10:00am & 3:00pm
to 7:00pm) and every 30 minutes on the hour during
off peak (10:00am to 2:59pm).
Room
Rates: All room reservations must be made by February
1, 2006. Any reservations made after the cut-off
date will be on a space-available basis. The hotel
is unable to adjust rates after the cut-off date and
check-in. The room rates are $179 single/double, plus
13% tax.
Check-in/Check-out times
Check In Time: 3:00 p.m.
Check Out Time: 12 noon
Deposit: A one night's deposit is required 14 days
after your room reservation is confirmed by the hotel
but no later than the cut-off date of February 1, 2006.
The deposit may be charged to American Express, Diners
Club, Discover, Visa or MasterCard. Personal checks
and money orders are also accepted.
Room Cancellation: When guest rooms
are cancelled in a timely manner, a reservation cancellation
number should be obtained for your protection.
This is a standard cancellation policy developed
and enforced by the hotel not AHQA. We encourage you
to request and maintain hard copy confirmation of both
reservations and cancellations for your protection.
Dress
Code: AHQA has designated the dress code for
the 2006 Annual Meeting as business casual.
Weather: Average temperatures: high 78, low 62 degrees.
Visitors are most comfortable with a light jacket or
leather jacket/coat. Please be aware that indoor meeting
room temperatures tend to be cooler.

Driving Directions to Hyatt Regency Miami From
Miami International Airport to Hotel (8 miles): Take
836 East, Go through tolls and stay to right side.
Take I-95 South Exit - Downtown. Once on I-95 Stay
in left hand lane and take Exit 2A/ Biscayne Boulevard
. Stay in right hand lane at the end of the ramp, the
hotel will be on your immediate right side.
