Registration Policy
The online registration process will allow you to enter your network selections,
pay online using your credit card and receive a confirmation without
the hassle of faxing or mailing. To enter your registration online,
please visit our registration website at http://registration.ahqa.org, click on “Active Meetings” on
the left hand and then select 2005 Tri Regional Meeting. Registration
for this event will close on June 1, 2005.
Payment
Registrations accompanied by full payment must be received no later than
June 1, 2005.
Cancellations & Refunds
No refunds will be issued for the network meetings for any reason.
Substitutions
Registrants who are unable to attend may send a substitute at no charge.
All substitutions must be received by June 1, 2005. After that
date substitutions will not be accepted.
All cancellation and substitution
requests must be submitted in writing to Amanda Scott at ascott@ahqa.org.
Special Needs
Meeting registrants with disabilities, dietary restrictions, or other special
needs should contact Jacqueline Osborne at josborne@ahqa.org. Every effort will be made to accommodate
the needs of meeting participants. |
