across the nation who are interested in health information technology
(HIT) and mobilizing information across organizations.
This practical, hands-on interactive meeting is the perfect learning
and networking opportunity if you are planning or implementing health
information technology in your clinical practice, or a health information
exchange collaboration in your community. Participants will have many
opportunities to interact with national experts and experienced clinicians
who are implementing health information technology and prominent members
of communities that are successfully implementing health information
exchanges.
You will hear first-hand about best practices and lessons learned,
including pitfalls to avoid, that will increase your chances of success.
Participants will be encouraged to work with expert facilitators on problems
that are specific to their practices, organizations and communities.
This program will be an ideal opportunity for collaboration teams to
attend as a group.
