Dear Colleague,

The American Health Quality Association cordially invites you to attend the 2005 Annual Meeting and Technical Conference, “Building the Bridge to Transformational Change,” to be held February 23 – 25, 2005, in San Francisco, CA.

The goal of the 2005 Technical Conference is to promote innovation in healthcare quality improvement through education and networking. Join over 900 colleagues from various healthcare backgrounds including research, medicine, statistics and epidemiology, communication and quality improvement, government and leadership.

During the conference, presenters and attendees will have an opportunity to attend over 40 panel and concurrent sessions on such topics as evaluation and improvement activities, epidemiological surveillance, health information technology, outreach education, analytic methodologies, patient and provider education, operational management and professional development, customer service, case review and culture change.
