registration for the Medical Affairs and Network Meetings at the 2004
Tri-Regional Conference
IS NOW OPEN! The conference
will be held at the Don CeSar Beach Resort and Spa in St. Petersburg,
Florida.
Hurry! Please submit your registration forms as soon as
possible. Registration ends on June 1, 2004 and on-site registration will
not be available. Please remember that all registration forms accompanied
by payment (check or credit card) must be received by
Tuesday, June 1, 2004.
