JQC SPECIAL EVENT
JOIN US IN THE FRENCH QUARTER
Event
Details:
This year’s celebration will feature New Orleans style festivities,
announcement of the 2003-2004 scholarship recipient and recognition of
leaders in health care quality improvement in the following categories:
Excellence in Physician Leader; Distinguished Executive Leader
and Outstanding Leader in Operations Management.
The Endowment
has been created in memory of James Q. Cannon to support the promotion
of continuing education in the field of health care quality evaluation
and improvement. It is hoped that promotion of education and learning
will encourage more individuals to dedicate themselves to the cause of
improving health care.
Who
should attend? All participants of the AHQA Sponsored
Conference – including QIO leadership and staff and CMS representatives
- are encouraged to attend.
Reservation
Information: Registration for the 2004 JQC event is being
handled courtesy of the American Health Quality Association. A separate
fee from the Conference registration is required for attendance at the
event. Tickets are $125 per person. Checks should be made payable to the
American Health Quality Association. Credit cards are also welcomed. Please

required by February 20th.

are non-refundable, substitutions can be accommodated.
