Room Cancellation Policy
Room reservations must be guaranteed with a nonrefundable credit
card deposit for ALL sleeping room nights at both hotels. Your
deposit will be lost if cancellations are made after 5:00pm, November
5, 2001. All substitutions must be made directly with the hotel
24 hours before the day of arrival.

The Hyatt Regency Dallas at Reunion is the official headquarters
for the 2002 Technical Conference, The Changing Face of Health.
ROOM RATES ARE $175 SINGLE/DOUBLE, (REGENCY CLUB AND BUSINESS
PLAN AN ADDITIONAL $30) Reservations may be made by calling
the Hyatt Regency at (214) 651-1234 or (800) 233-1234.
The hotel is unable to adjust rates after check-in and cut-off,
after which, reservations can only be made based on availability.
Reservation cut-off is January 8, 2002. The Hyatt Regency Dallas
at Reunion will be charging a non-refundable deposit for all sleeping
room nights to all who register under the AHQA 2002 Technical
Conference. When calling to make reservations, please reference
AHQA 2002 Technical Conference.

The Renaissance Dallas Hotel has been chosen as the overflow
hotel for the 2002 Technical Conference. The Renaissance Dallas
Hotel located five minutes north of downtown Dallas and 15 miles
from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport minutes away from
the premier sporting events, entertainment, shopping, and restaurants
of Dallas. Daily transportation will be provided for guest staying
at the Renaissance to the Hyatt Regency for the conference. The
room rate is $175 Single/double. The hotel is unable to adjust
rates after check-in and cut-off, after which, reservations can
only be made based on availability. Reservation cut-off is January
4, 2002.
Hotel Check-in/Check-out Times
Hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Checkout time is 12:00 p.m. Guests
arriving before 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated on a first-come
basis pending availability of rooms.
Conference
Shuttle
The
Renaissance Dallas Hotel will offer shuttle transportation for
conference attendees to the Hyatt Regency each morning and afternoon.
The hotel shuttle service will be available the following days
and times: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 7:00am - 9:00am;
4:00pm - 6:00pm; Thursday the hotel will provide additional service
for Welcoming Reception 4:00pm - 8:30pm; Transportation for Saturday
will be: 7:00am - 9:00am; and 12:00pm - 3:30pm. One bus will remain
outside the Hyatt Regency during off-peak times for incidental
runs back to the Renaissance.
