1. When is the Technical Conference? January 29-February 2, 2002. Events will occur as follows: AHQA Network Meetings- January 30; CMS Sessions- January 30; AHQA Educational Sessions- January 31 & February 2. 2. Where is the Technical Conference? Hyatt Regency Dallas at Reunion, Dallas Texas. For more info check out the Upcoming Events page of our website: http://www.ahqa.org/tech_conf/webpages/tech_conf_hotravel_hotel.html

3. Is there a separate registration fee for the CMS Session or can I just come to the CMS Session? Yes, the fee is $40, in addition to full conference registration fee.

5. I am an AHQA member (work for a PRO/QIO), how do I register? Click on our website http://www.ahqa.org/tech_conf/webpages/tech_conf_reserve.html then fax or mail your forms in before the deadlines.

6. What are the registration deadlines for the conference? The deadline for Early Bird Registration November 5-30; Regular Registration, December 1-21; Late/Onsite after December 21, 2001. NO EXCEPTIONS!

7. I am not a member AHQA, can I attend? If so, how do I register? Yes, we'd love to have you attend the educational sessions. Click on our website http://www.ahqa.org/tech_conf/webpages/tech_conf_reserve.html
Then fax or mail the registration form before the deadlines. Please note as you register that you are an AHQA non-member.

11. What is the dress code for the conference? Business casual. The temperature in February will be around 55-75 degrees during day and at night, it will be 54-62 degrees.
